Laura Gachupin Large Perfect Jemez Pottery This beautiful handmade pot was hand coiled and hand painted by one of the most famous potters of our time, Laura Gachupin from Jemez. Laura's creations are famous including her owls and mellon pots, an art that she helped revive at jemez. The present piece represents another side of the talent exhibited by this incredible artist. This is a very large pot measuring 11 inches tall by 13 1/2 inches wide and is structurally perfect. A potter's ability is revealed in the quality of the structure of their pottery and laura has proved once again that she is a true master.
