This pot is the creation of one of the finest Acoma and Pueblo potters, Dorothy Torivio. It was hand made from local clay and was hand-painted by Dorothy. Dorothy is famous for the precision and accuracy of her lines and the eye-dazzling effect of her overall design. Her creations exude an unmatched aura of purity and power. This pot is extremely large and impressive measuring 7 inches tall by 10 1/2 inches in diameter. The patterns of swirling triangles is one of the most attractive pottery decorations to be invented and Dorothy's possibly best known design. The pot has no defects of any kind and is signed by Dorothy.
