Juanita Fragua Elegant Jemez Pottery

Juanita Frague from the Jemez pueblo hand coiled and hand polished and decorated this beautiful piece of pottery. Juanita specializes in stone polished red-ware and tan-ware, and melon swirl pottery and has won numerous awards in juried competition throughout the southwest. A fine example of her artistic prowess is illustrated with the present piece containing highly polished areas and painted geometrics done to absolute perfection.

The pot measures 8 1/2 inches in height by 6 inches wide.
