Dianna Tahbo Parrot Hopi Pottery

Dianna Tahbo (also Diane Tahbo) was born in 1941, a member of the Spider Clan at Hopi, the great granddaughter of Grace Chapella. She is the sister of Hopi master potter Mark Tahbo and is well a master potter in her own right. Her creations include traditionally coiled, painted and pit fired pottery decorated with butterflies, parrots and other symbols.

The pot measures 4 1/2 inches tall by 3 3/4 inches in diameter.
