Heart-line Deer-Franklin Peters Acoma Pottery

For a young potter, still in his 30's, Franklin Peters has established himself as one of Acoma's upcoming pottery masters. At the same time, he was taught by two of Acoma's most accomplished potters, Florence and Rachel Aragon. His work is characterized by bold slips and colors, sharp lines and traditional designs flawlessly executed.

This is a stunning piece of pottery decorated with heartline deers, the fertility symbol, fine-lines, floral and other geometric designs. The pottery stands 9 inches tall by 9 inches wide and is signed by Franklin.
