Paula Estevan Fine-Line Pattern Acoma Pottery

Paula Estevan was born in 1967 and has been making pottery since 1986. One needs only look at any of her pottery to recognize the hand of a master decorator. Her fine line patterns are simply astounding.

The present long neck vase is quite large for Paula, measuring 8 inches tall by 5 1/4 inches wide and is decorated with a an interwoven pattern of solid and hatched regions done with impeccable accuracy and fine line precision. The size of the pattern varies with the position on the surface of the pot becoming extremely fine near the top.
